Graphite Packing
Our products have a wide range of applications, good quality, reasonable prices, and worry free after-sales service. They are widely used in indus- tries such as mechanical seals, pipeline seals, automotive gaskets, floor heating and thermal conductivity, and chemical engineering. Our products have been widely recognized and trusted by users, and can meet the con- stantly changing economic and social needs.
01: High temperature resistance
The melting point of graphite is 3850℃, and the boiling point is 4250C℃. Even after ultra-high temperature arc burning, the weight loss is very small, and the strength of graphite increases with the increase of temperature. At 2000℃, the strength of graphite doubles.
02: conducting electricity and heat
The conductivity of graphite is one hundred times higher than that of general nonmetallic minerals. Thermal conductivity exceeds that of steel, iron, lead and other metal materials. The thermal conductivity decreases with the increase of temperature, and even at extremely high temperature, graphite becomes an insulator.
03: lubricity
Lubricating oil can't be used at high speed, high temperature and high pressure, but graphite wear-resistant materials can work at a high sliding speed at a temperature of 200 ~ 2000 C. Graphite materials are widely used to make piston cups, sealing rings and bearings.
