By Phone: Call +86 13823152377 during our normal business hours of8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Beijing Time) Monday through Friday. A knowledgeable Customer Service representative will assist you.
By Fax: Dial +86 755 81478600. Faxed orders areaccepted 24 hours a day, but orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
By Email: Send to 573761812@qq.com . As with faxed orders, any emailed orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Payment Methods
Wire Transfer: If you would like to remit payment directly to our bank, please call the phone number(s) above to request our bank information. When requesting our bank information, please have your Sales Order number ready. To expedite the payment process, please reference the Sales Order number on the transfer documentation. A processing fee of $25.00 will be added to transfers less than $1,000.00.
Returns
All items shipped to Hearthcare, regardless of purpose, must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or on internal documentation with the following:
Complete return address
Contact name
Contact telephone number
Any package that is not marked as specified may be refused delivery or discarded.
For all warranty return items, prior authorization to return merchandise must be obtained by contacting Hearthcare, and requesting an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number). This number must appear on the outside of the shipping container or on the documentation that accompanies the shipment. Once an RMA# is issued the items must be returned to Hearthcare within 30 days, or the RMA# will be cancelled and a new number mustbe issued.
Shortages: Hearthcare will not be responsible for short-shipped items that are not reported within three (3) business days of delivery.
Freight Charges & Restocking Fee: Customer is responsible for all transport cost related to the return ofitems under warranty or for repair. We cannot reimburse freight costs or other related transport costs for any returned goods. Under no circumstances is any third party authorized to use Hearthcare’s DHL, TNT, UPS and Federal Express account numbers without the prior written consent of Hearthcare. Freightcollect shipments are not accepted. If Hearthcare determines that returned items are covered under warranty, then the items will be shipped back to customer freight prepaidvia DHL,TNT, UPS and Federal Express .If items are not covered under warranty, customer is responsible for returnshipping costs. Hearthcare will not accept returns after 6months from the delivery date.
Credit: Some items, such as specialorders, are not returnable. All returned goods should be in saleable conditionand in the original packaging. Credit will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of items, and is subject to Hearthcare approval.
